011. Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited Packages offer uninterrupted internet. Speed is capped at 3Mbps, sufficient for personal use (messaging, calls, browsing) but may not suit 4K streaming.

• Internet is unlimited with speeds up to 3Mbps.
• Speed cannot be increased above this level.
• Service is intended for personal use only.

022. Device Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device supports eSIM technology before purchase. We are not liable for issues arising from incompatible devices.

033. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only if the issue is technical on our end. No refunds are offered if the eSIM has been activated correctly, or if the customer has not activated/installed/used it.

044. Service Availability

Please verify coverage before travel. The list of supported countries may change.

055. Lawful Use

Service must be used in compliance with all local and international laws.

066. Security

You are responsible for protecting your data and securing your device.

077. Intellectual Property

All rights regarding InternetKudo services are reserved.

088. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Jurisdiction: Prishtina.

We strive for amicable solutions. Otherwise, arbitration applies.

01212. Payments

Processed via Stripe. Customer is responsible for applicable taxes.

01313. Prohibited Use

Illegal use, spam, or abuse is strictly prohibited.
